My bold prediction on the Cranberry bust(s) is that it will involve drugs. Don't do two illegal things at once.

Traffickers have been known to use drugs to "control" the people they're buying and selling.
It's not a huge surprise then that operation cross country is concentrating on the party favors.

I will repeat this again, many, MANY years ago, I knew an attorney who worked for a very high level judge in Allegheny County, and was intimate in coordinating cases with and for Alleco Vice, his particular interest in the hobby was doing pro bono work for providers in need, and assisting friends of politicians in finding clean providers for higher ups.

Very higher ups.

His rule for providers were, to NEVER give Vice a twofer, prostitution by itself was NOT a high priority, hell, most of the Vice guys kept a few providers around for freebies, so did a lot of cops as well.

BUT, give them illegal substances and Providing, and you get a double whammy of good press, sellers, and or users of substances who were also providing services.

And, you get all the implications to scare the unwashed away from the hobby even further, IE, all providers use drugs, Johns get diseases from said users, etc, etc, etc.

To be clueless and say it doesn't exist, is just not realistic, but, do your best to keep your illegalities to just one topic at a time.

Yes I do agree it’s a bad time for me to visit after hearing about all of the hot activity lately. Unfortunately, reservations were not able to be cancelled so I took the nice 6 hour drive down here. Other traveling, well known providers suggested I try Pittsburgh. So I decided I would test the waters out and see if a second visit would be worth it. At this point seems I will be sticking with Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Williamsport. Much closer to home. Sorry if you decide to miss out on meeting me. But I do suggest that you look over my showcase and encounter reports. Enjoy your weekend

Visit again after the elections, things will calm down and you'll get much better results.
Especially if there are new reviews in Pittsburgh.
