I am not a provider. I just do FBSM with an L1 release. So this recommendation comes from my experience in my personal sex life and as a masseuse who offers prostate massage. This is graphic, so if I offend, sorry.
Anal sex is great, if you know how to go about it. Since the wall separating the vagina and the anus is so thin, when your're having anal sex you literally feel it in the vagina as well. You won't believe how wet you will get from anal sex.
You should make sure you go to the bathroom or do an enema before you have anal sex, or it can get messy.

I would never use Vaseline, which is a petroleum product. Bad glide. My fave is silicon lube, and the Germans make an awesome one called Eros. Not cheap, but it doesn't have to be reapplied as lesser lubes do. Can use used with latex and poly condoms, whereas Vaseline (or anything oil-based) will break down a latex condom FAST.

If one maintains a healthy diet with regular BMs, an enema is not necessary. Enemas too frequently are bad for the GI tract, flushing out beneficial bacteria from the gut and such. If you have a good diet with plenty of fiber, there will not be any fecal matter "left over" inside the anus.

Sex educator Tristan Taormino wrote an excellent book called "The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women". She demystifies everything about it in straight-talking terms. I will have to agree with the anal-ease. Before getting into putting something on, I like to "prime" up. If I am pretty worked up, it makes it so much easier by the time it comes to going Greek. Getting it real lubed up with the anal-ease while using a finger or toy helps. By that time.... I am ready to go! But I do have to add that I really have to be into the guy to get into it. If not, its not comfortable. Oh.... and my fave position for Greek is me on top. I can take it as slow as I need to that way....
