The site went "dark" within a coupe of hours of BP being Seized and TER nuking US accounts

It was a knee jerk reaction and understandable, none of us knew who would be next and what the full consequences would be.
Better to play safe than sorry.

A few weeks passed..the storm (mostly)passed .. other sites remained online in defiance of the new bill and so Eccie cleaned up what they thought they needed to and gave it another shot.

No big deal.
Ppl behind the scenes have "regular" lives and businesses too. They were just playing safe.
