I NEVER WANTED TO POST ADS ON THIS SITE OR ANY OTHER THAN WHERE I HAVE BEEN POSTING ADS FOR YEARS..
i didnt ask nor want to post ads here, not until i was busted down to Pimp , and it was my only single benefit to belonging to this site, did i post an ad.. Needless to say , there is no longer any ECCIE discounts for any of the ELVES, as ill be damned if i get no benefit here then here gets no benefit with the Elves.

The problem is that you are an agency, whether you like it or not. According to the dictionary, an agent, while not synonymous with manager, is related to a manager (

Not only is an agent related to a manager, but you have a vested interest in these girls and you pay them or they pay you. You stated in a previous post (
http://www.eccie.net/showpost.php?p=...postcount=22):
A vested interest, most definately i have one, but i can assure you, that unless YOU are going to guarantee them 2k every week without my management, then they are far better off working with me where they can have that guarantee, safety, drive fancys cars, stay in the nicer places, and are able to be happier and more giving to their clients because of it.

At the very least, they are paying you for your services and you are implying that without you they would not be making $2K a week. I don't know how you can make this kind of a guarantee unless you have some control over their finances and/or the number of clients they see, or you are paying them after your cut. Unless these girls are handling all their own business and aren't paying you a dime, they are not truly independent.
No matter how you look at it, you do not have a "normal" provider/client relationship. Like it or not, whether you want to be called a manager, agent, agency, handler, pimp or whatever, you still have a relationship with these girls that puts you outside of the "hobbyist" category. The only way to change it is to have no working relationship with these ladies at all and have normal access like any other guy here, or be classified as an agency with whatever privileges a male agent is provided. You can't have any "benefits" that you are not entitled to outside of whatever category you choose to be in. It's a simple concept. I don't know why you can't comprehend it.
TY for the advice but i shoot Manual, and the reason for the "yellowish" color is due to underlit and using no flash or hotbox, so i am shooting at a 30-40 using an IS lens, so its trying to "create" its own light if you will. Now if i shoot during the day even in the same room the results are different, but alas most of the time they are busy up until late so its night shooting i get in dim lit rooms with "yellow" walls. But again, TY for the tips.

Shooting tungsten light under daylight white balance gives the yellow look. Auto WB can handle it properly some of the time. Change your WB to the Tungsten mode (it looks like a light bulb) or go to the color temp mode (K) and dial in a number between 2800ēK and 4000ēK until the yellow is gone and their skin looks like skin. You are overexposing your shots on most and blowing out the details in their skin. If you're shooting at 1/30 to 1/40 sec, try 1/50 or 1/60 sec or change your f-stop to a larger number (stop down and let in less light). I guarantee you'll get a better photo. During the day, you have daylight coming in if the shades or open, or the white shade is pulled across. With the camera set on Daylight, you will get a more natural, better looking photo. I've been a photographer for 25 years and started shooting digital over 12 years ago. I know what I'm talking about. Give it a try.
Here's a color/density corrected image. It's not perfect because the original JPEG is way off in exposure and color, and there's only so much that can be done with a bad JPEG, but it's closer to being accurate. A RAW file would have been better to work with, but if it's shot correctly it's not a problem in the first place.
