Timmy, it's nice to be generous. But please be generous with your own money, not mine. You have such a sad view of humanity. Do you really think people would sit by and do nothing when their neighbor is wiped out by a natural disaster? Of course not. This is not the government's job. If given the opportunity, people will generally do the right thing.
