Does this work?

So the "To Protect and Serve" on the vehicles should really say "If I feel like it, I'll Protect and Serve"? Originally Posted by ridemyrazorback

"So, are law enforcement officers allowed to lie to you? The short answer is yes. Police officers do not have to tell you that they are police officers, even when asked. As long as the officer is lying in the course of performing his or her official duties (like an undercover drug buy), there is no law prohibiting them from doing so. Many people falsely believe that if you ask a cop if they are a cop and they say no, and then you go ahead and sell to them, then this is entrapment and the arrest must be thrown out. This could not be further from the truth.Entrapment is a legal defense to an arrest and is defined as conduct by law enforcement that induces a person to commit an offense that he or she would otherwise have been unlikely to commit.

In order to prove entrapment, the following three conditions must be fulfilled:

(1) The idea for committing the crime came from government agents/law enforcement and not from the person accused of committing the crime;

(2) Government agents/law enforcement then persuaded the accused into committing the crime; and

(3) The person committing the crime was not ready and willing to commit the crime before interaction with government agents/law enforcement.

It is important to remember that there is no entrapment when a person is ready and willing to break the law and law enforcement merely gives him or her an opportunity to do so."

This is a question I've been pondering for a while now.
Has anybody ever heard of an instance where a providers phone was used to lure hobbyist to a sting? Originally Posted by ridemyrazorback

I understand the need for screening but I would advise against sending anything that could be used to identify you. I am against sending my ID, pics of my face, even a dick pic as a form of screening because never know who will gain access to that device.
The topic has veered off course a little bit but a provider told me that when she puts no LE on her ads it means she won't see anyone in LE. Because, and I know this is a surprise for some people, cops are hypocrites and some will still try to book a legit appointment. The girl I saw got in trouble because she was seeing a cop who had reached out to her through her cam site. When he got caught he threw her under the bus to save his career. She knew that just saying no cops wouldn't keep her safe from an under cover situation but didn't want to be sacrificed again.
I had a provider once tell me to bring a bottle of liquor to the appointment. I happened to have one and took it along. When I asked her what the deal was she said if liquor is involved it falls under ABC not the police. I told her it was nuts. She got a pretty good bottle of vodka though.

Cops can certainly lie to get the result they want. Back in the days of cassette tapes, they would sit a cassette recorder on the desk in their office when they interrogated a suspect. The interviewer would say if the suspect agreed to give information, he would turn of the recorder. Once he did, the suspect would start talking. What the cop didn't say was that everything in the room is recorded through hidden professional microphones, even after the cassette recorder is turned off. Don't fall for their scams!

A former Little Rock police chief, the same one who wrecked a lot of city owned vehicles, used to go to sex parties in Memphis.
