If your height is under 6' and you weight 180+ you have some extra pounds i.e.: "over weight". Hell I haven't been under 200 since I was 19.

I'm sure as hell not a spinner thank God. My trainer kicks my ass so I am definitely toned and have a tiny waist I just got a booty and titties.
