Research came up with her being on the news, and with her parents. Stating stole her photos and posting them on porn or adult sites.

Don't expect your audience to do the work you have done. I only knew it because I have done workshops on internet safety and citizenship for middle school kids. You knew what was going on and it wouldn't have been hard to say:
"Guys, this ad is fake. The pictures were stolen from a 14-year-old girl. This was all over the news a few years ago."
You spend so much effort defending yourself from attacks when you could have saved yourself and some of your fellow posters some time and trouble by being more clear.
