Doesn't seem senile to me.

I just watched Biden speaking in what appeared to be the Capitol Building. He was painfully reading again. The more painful thing was it appeared to be the same stump speech. Mostly his answer to the last debate question. He can't go offscript.

While live streaming President Biden's inaugural address just now, I thought that he sure doesn't appear to very senile to me. I guess I must define the word differently. Originally Posted by Lapdog

I have a 90+ year old relative who can read the newspaper just fine. Ask him what he had for breakfast and you get a blank stare.
