Doubles refers to Kammye doing a session with another escort, whose rate many be different than Kammye's. Hence, the rate varies.

But back to the original question. I can see why it would be double her normal rate. If the friend you brought along was another guy, would you expect her to fuck you both for her regular rate? If you've picked the right provider who is into ladies they will put the effort into both of you. Double the work. Not unreasonable. Now if she's really into chicks, I'd expect you might get some kind of discount.
