I am watching all the Governors who say they will not implement the health care exchange and will put off doing this until after the election. But some attorney on the news said they risk violating law. This reminds me of the reaction to Social Security when it was implemented and all the Governors saying they were going to refuse participating or something to that affect. It is just downright silly. They will have to implement the new law at some point or they will get into legal trouble. Many groups will take them to court over this.
