Great neighborhood, but if it’s not close to work, it doesn’t matter how great the neighborhood. You still waste a bunch of time commuting. But if you work down town, or in the fashion/design district, ParkCities, or Deep Ellum, it’s a great choice.

try doing a google or websearch for "apartment finders dallas"
plenty of agencies and websites to give you ideas.

i live near white rock lake. it takes me 15mins to get to park central, 25mins to addison, 30mins to get to central plano. and that's NOT during slow hours (fka rush hour, cos it's def not rush nor hour!!).
i've got a friend in central plano and it takes her 30mins to get to LBJ-I635 and Hillcrest!!

so, as texTush & others mentioned, get as close to work as you can and can afford.


a quick search using https://www.moveforfree.com/ for a place in addison less than 1300$ turned up this place. a provider i knew incalled there for a while - very spacious!!
