meanstreak11, assuming you sent her info for prescreening, when you contact her for an appt, help her remember by sending a copy of the email, or p411 email or whatever.
a few providers have shown me their inboxes - YIKES!!! more messages that i've ever had in any of my work related inboxes and more than i've seen in any of my work colleagues' inboxes.
so, help them out.
also, when you pre-screen, let them know about your erratic schedule but that you are interested in them. maybe give her a code word, like Honey mentioned.
