TOR IP addresses blocked by admin

A workaround to the Tor IP blocking is to click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the Onion icon and select New Tor Circuit for this site. You may have to do this several times until Tor finds an IP address that is acceptable to eccie.

Kirk's recommendation may take a few tries, but it works. It's a pain in the butt and inconvenient, but I prefer to continue using TOR for my anonymity.
