A lot of cars are stopped for not having a front license plate. Usually a warning is given.

It happens a lot if you are DWB. But some white people get it too.
Texas has that stupid law and they could cut the expense in half and save the taxpayer money but they would rather have a special session to make sure people know where to go to the bathroom as if it is really an issue.
