Thank you! Thats who I was talking about, I thought it was kill me lol
Do you guys realize how much $ a provider could make if she wrote a "fictional" account of her experiences. I'd love to buy a meet n greet signed copy. I love to talk and read. Maybe we could all learn about the do n do nots about having safe fun
Btw Ana, great pic Rockstar

Wulf Princess I agree most people don't read. I have a couple of those escort guide books on my shelf and I have not read any of them. That is why I suggested a few different ways to deliver information...actually I did not really say anything about writing a book. If I had and I did, I don't think pimps would be racing to the bookstore to buy it. It would not help them, as it would be about how to be an escort not how to be a pimp.

But you are right nobody reads, books are no fun, and I never said anything about writing or reading one. I said there should be books available, and I know there are a few.

I am just saying every other job requires training and/or education because there are aspects of them that do not occur to us naturally. Even the simplest job gets a quick run down. Everyone would make a lot of mistakes if no one told them how to do their job. There is also an emotional/psychological element to the job that it might have been nice to know about going in. I was not ready to be criticized or compared. It wouldn't have been a shock if someone had given me a heads up beforehand.

Shit like that...anyway, bottom line, books are boring as hell but some sort of instruction would make escorts so much more successful.
Lol. You always look fresh thn. Great info thanks sweetgirl. Could be an interesting read if it's not all about the "how to" for the ladies

Ok, say there is a girl that wants to become an escort, if before she did her first call someone sat her down and told her that the money she gets on a call is not 100% profit, it is actually raw money that needs to be split up for different things. That person tells her what they are and how much assign to each so that she can figure out how much she can actually afford to spend.

The girl gets it and goes on her first call, what is she going to do? Exactly what was taught to her. It's likely she will make a habit of it since if she stops doing it, she will know she is fucking up. She would have a better experience as an escort just from that one little piece of information.

Writing it in a book is a good way to keep it a secret. Personally, I can't get through 10 pages of a book before I find something better to do. I imagine everyone else feels the same way. It would have to be told to them face to face in order to be effective. Videos would be much better than a book.
there needs to be a way to teach them to get out of the hotels, one that's where LE focuses on catching folks and two, they spend an exorbitant amount of money on daily rent. I think they could be a lot happier and be prosperous if some of the money they spend on rent could go into their pocket.

Actually, there is a wealth of practical advice published right here on eccie. If someone took the time to compile it, I believe it could be of tremendous value.

Heck, start a private forum that consists of threads containing these little nuggets of wisdom. Maybe even charge a one-time subscription fee.

Sure, folks can find it on their own. But convenience is worth something, particularly as overwhelming as this site can be for a newbie.

Somethings can't be taught. imho We're all taught English, Math, Science etc. but that doesn't make us all a rocket scientist or Shakespeare.

Anyone can f*ck. The business side can be explained, but common sense and good organization skills are lacking, even in the real world. To do well, I believe requires you to possess a certain level of passion and attention to detail. An instinctive knowledge of and a desire to please & an ability to be comfortable enough to allow ppl to please you.

Just my thoughts

Ask a client. Many of us have been around for a long time. We have a lot of experience and advice we'd be willing to share, if someone would ask.

But "How can I do better?" ranks right up there with "I want you to fuck me now" on the list of things you're least likely to hear a provider utter.
I do believe training would be a great idea for new girls looking to enter the industry, however just like other industry, every girl isn't fit for the job. Take retail for example.... You have some girls who will only work at high end stores like Saks, Neimans, Bergdof ect... And other girls who will work at Ross, Marshall's, TJ Maxx.... There is a need for workers on both levels and they all receive some type of training to ultimately sell clothes... But that doesn't gurantee they will yield the same results as someone else. When interviewing, there's something more that they look for when hiring a sales associate at Neimans vs Marshall's. Much more than textbook knowledge or a hot bod goes into making a great provider, you really have to be a self starter and constantly strive to better yourself and your business.

Like everyone else mentioned, most of what you need to know is here or in a book. If you want to improve, read and apply those principles. Seminars and classes are actually a GREAT idea in theory, but I find it hard to believe a girl that won't read about improving herself will go to a seminar or a class and use that knowledge to better themselves.
