I've had this happen many times from other websites. I had quite a few reviews on TER and even after doing all the steps of proving it's me they still don't approve me. Either it's lazy moderation because I have had hundreds of reviews on legit websites and was approved on others or they are just not approving new people. Everyone does what they want and it's fine but kind of annoying.
