I would be concerned of charge-backs with PayPal or any other 3rd party payment processor. Credit card companies and banks usually side with their customer.
Would hate to meet a client who had buyers remorse, or whose wife found out and caused trouble.... lots of reasons to do a charge-back!
Also, if escorting is counted as an "adult business" there are extra fees charged to accept Visa/Mastercard (which could explain why PayPal freezes adult business accounts - since they act as a payment processor for Visa....)....
I just try to avoid accepting payments & deposits that way; although if accepting a small amount from a verified account, it can be a way to screen the guy.

I don't see how this doesn't create a paper trail...not that that is the worst thing in the world for some people...after all many people use credit cards for their adult activity.
That said, I still like the Green Dot refill pack as a discreet way of giving a deposit and/or paying for a session if cash isn't an option. You buy in cash a refill pack in a denomination of your choice at your local convenience store. You email her a code number. She uses the code to deposit into her GD account (&confirming the money is there). She can either use as a debit card or can withdrawal the money at an ATM. Neither party needs to disclose to the other personal info.

Go to any adult auction on eBay and you will see Paypal being accepted. eBay now owns Paypal and that switch was made last year with the sole purpose of being able to get a cut of those adult item sales and to allow adult services merchants on eBay to pay their seller fees with Paypal. Once the management there figured out just how much money they were losing by forcing sellers of adult items to only accept money orders they changed their tune. When other non-eBay sellers complained that the exemption was discriminatory they even lifted the adult ban for non-eBay traffic. The statement about illegal and obscene is simply a disclaimer to insulate them from folks that push past those boundaries and do something especially heinous. Paypal does not want the blow-back on them for someone selling drugs or child pornography for instance.
Sure, the hobby is illegal so obviously it is covered in that document. The point is, they are currently running under a "don't ask, don't tell" policy. In other words, they don't want a subpoena if you get arrested, and they are pretty much teling you up front they will throw you under the bus. Guess what. . .you will see that same language on your checking account and credit card fine print. If you are using their services to conduct illegal activity--including depositing the cash from your last white envelope into the ATM--they too will cooperate with authorities and throw you under the bus.

Paypal is eBay. That is just a disclaimer. The idea here is, "if you use our services to do something illegal we can't be held responsible for it."
They do sometimes have a quirky enforcement though. For instance, once Ginger Lee gave me a pair of her panties. Not sure why she did it. I am not a big fan of dirty laundry, but then I found out it is apparently quite a fetish. I tried selling a couple of her videos packaged witht he panties. I was told that violated their policy. There was no sanction on my account, they simply reversed the transaction and informed the buyer. They were quite polite about it, and the lady even told me it would be fine to sell the videos, just not the panties. Apparently they aren't fans of dirty laundry either. I have an SO so sadly, the panties went in the trash far away from my house. Not sure what I could have done with them anyway--they were way too small.

Paypal accepted payment for adult auctions, then ebay bought Paypal and stopped it. It took several years of losing revenue to realize that there was more money to be made from adult auctions. The Paypal started accepting payments for adult auctions again.

Paypal processes funds for adult auctions on eBay. Other paypal transactions not done through eBay should not be linked to anything adult. It's not fucking rocket science.

While I appreciate the idea of it too many ladies can get in trouble that way. You have to use your real name to sign up unless you have a business license and have a bank account that you can deposit checks or payments in your business name.
I much prefer money pak. It is the best way to make sure you're getting the $ and paying without the hassle or the little white envelope.
