File a police report, with pictures and serial number of those items take. Like cameras, laptops, etc. Maybe he will get caught trying to pawn those high end items if there were any. BTW it's always a good idea to record serial numbers for insurance purposes.
I hate you went through that but I'm happy it was only material and you wasn't harmed it not ok but you can regain what you lost .Please be safe ladies....

Sorry to hear about this but...

Be very careful before you accuse anyone of a crime unless you're absolutely certain of who did it. You don't want to destroy someone's reputation and especially don't want to finger someone to the police without any real proof.

Is there anyone else who had access to your apartment in this time-frame? We don't like to think of such things but oftentimes it's family and friends that can be sticky fingered. They're not likely to admit it either if asked. Even if they weren't present, do any of them have keys?

Also, all complexes, even good ones, aren't necessarily secure. Sometimes, management offices and keys aren't kept as secure as they should be and passkeys and such can be taken.

In any case, good luck and hope you get your money back.

I don't want to post anyones info right now....I am not certain....its narrowed down to 3 clients.

I just want the money back.....in an envelope....under my mat....he knows my address....please just put it in the mail. I don't want to be dramatic, or get anyone in trouble...

I just need my money back......please
"I had all my savings stashed in a drawer! how fucking dumb am I"

I have had two separate past escorts have the same thing happen to them. One was in a hotel room that had one of those mini safes and she didn't use it because it was too much trouble. There went a weekend worth of earnings.

I know this is easy for me to say from my outside position, but it's only money. You weren't robbed at gunpoint or harmed. It could have been worse if the thief had been more desperate.

I hope you get it back.

In the future, a safe or a safety deposit box might be a sound investment for storing cash.

:/ Damn damn damn.
Smh yeaaaahhhh sucks calling the cops with do NO GOOD (imo).
I always go to a bank (every $400-$500 or every 2 appts whichever comes first) or use a few different diversion safe methods to put away money. I also don't leave a client in the room by himself for too long at all.
