That used to be the excuse. Now it’s just the way things are. With the influx of folks coming in south of the border, and the frequent tie-in among prostitution, guns and drugs, you are going to see a lot more of this.

I read a news story today about Chinese gangs now working with the Mexican cartels, quietly and behind the scenes. This is going to be a big deal for some time.
