It really doesn't make any difference to me and since there may be some health concerns with bbbj, I usually go with cbj. There is a little less sensitivity, yes, but there's also less teething discomfort.

In one or two instances I have had a FANTASTIC cbj, and I've had others that were better than some bbbj's. It all depends on the lady, the condom, and the preset sensitivity in the nerve endings of the dick. If you're about to blow anyway, a well techniqued cbj will send you flying over the edge, and at the same time, a bad bbbj on a day with little or no sensitivity might have trouble getting the guy to half mast.
