Saw this in San Antonio and wondered what the Houston ladies think...
It all depends on how it's handled to me. I certainly don't want someone to call and say "hey, I'm supposed to see Plan A on Tuesday at noon but just in case that doesn't work out would you mind waiting on standby?" That would piss me off and I'm not going to sit and wait and miss money on a maybe. However, I don't have a problem with last minute/short notice appointments so I wouldn't mind if someone called and said "I had other plans and they didn't work out. Are you available?"
Sure, but there is a cancellation fee............
First, I would never tell one she is a plan B or second choice (disrespectful). Second, I don't talk about other girls with strippers / providers. I do run a 4 WR offense, so it is important to me to have 4 go to girls on the roster. WR1 keeps me very busy and is pretty much always available (been doing her 3yr). The other WR's are gals that dance at a club where I am VIP where most of the gals play. Then there are some past girls that are FB friends who come back online or vist from out of town (one wb returning in may). Consequently, I don't even have to go to BP, escorts, etc. to find WR's.
I like finding a girl I like who is reliable, good performer (in terms of giving it to me how I want it), safe, clean, and readily available. Then in maximizing my pleasure with her over many sessions, POP comes down.

For years I have read "always have a plan B" , etc. But, for the aforementioned "what do you do with B if A works out", I have always just took my chances. Yes, I've wasted a trip to the other side of town a few times (well a bunch of times, actually) but, to me, it's the only fair way to play it.
But, as Tiffany said, there is nothing wrong with calling a lady and asking if she's available on short notice. No need to disrespect her by saying that my first choice didn't work out.
A few years ago
I have to agree with all the above I have read. I had an incident where I was scheduling an appointment with a provider and was a week in advance. I knew it was in another part of the state. So we had regular email contact. Two days before no response to vm or emails (2) The day before no response. I sent and email not as an ultimatum, but just to say Hi understand that you are possibly busy and I would like to reschedule when I am in town another time. Then I emailed another provider and the next day while in town had a damn good time.
I will however when I travel again try to schedule another appointment with the original provider.
