I can understand reluctance re: the telephone and that is why I urge my clients to use whatever method they are most comfortable with to communicate with me - this is why I make all forms of communication available . . . PM (across multiple venues), phone, text, text by unlisted number (non-traceable to my ads if ever found by another party), email, etc. - bottom line, you, the customer, have a right to expect that we ladies should make it easy, accessible and comfortable for you to express your desires ahead of any visit to maximize your return on your investment of your hard earned dollars.
