Consider 18 U.S. Code, Section 953, “Private Correspondence with Foreign Governments,” also known as the Logan Act. It reads in its entirety:Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Check what you wrote but never really read:

1. Women must be exempt.
2. Whose authority? Check the history, context is crucial.
3. Show me the intent to influence.
4. The United States includes the US Senate which is in the Constitution (advice and consent)
To conclude, you have neither a leg to stand on and a muriad number of democrats who have indeed violated the Logan Act over the years. People like Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, David Bonior, Jim McDermott, Charlie Wilson, Michael Thompson, Ron Dellums, and Ted Kennedy.
