Downgrade ASAP from iOS 7 to iOS 614 please help!!!

I'm sorry I should've clarified. This happened to my friend's phone and then she did a search and found out a lot of people are having the issue. It makes your phone unusable. She called Apple and Apple told her that it was a glitch in the update and they haven't made a patch for it yet. She had to go and buy another phone.

Sounds like Apple is playing catchup with Bill Gates crew. Sell you an eff'd up product and charge you for the broken fix.
