I have a question? As far as CIM and NQNS is concerned. For the ladies that offer it....Why is knowing when the man is about to cum overly important? Like I understand for the courtesy of not choking on a chode persay...common courtesy there.

But more times often than not. When I do see providers who offer CIM and Completion (swallows) they are a lil hesitant to catch the first orgasm...which usually is the largest in their mouth to swallow.
