Private Incall VS Hotel Incall

I have the best spot it's right out side the Galleria and has parking garage and no windows facing the front doors.
It's a lil pricey but it's discreet and very nice with a lot of extras Originally Posted by carkido45

There are a few places I've looked at that are very nice. I was shocked to find such nice places in this area for the price I was looking for. There I can also do a 6 month lease. If I do much better with business I will renew my lease and keep it. If not then I'm not tied to a location where I won't be able to afford it for a year or longer.

So as soon as my income tax comes back I will be moving my things into the new incall. The places I've been checking out are convenient and easy to get too. Just right off 45 a few blocks.
I hope you guys all come out to see how well I've done.

Oh and blue water is required by the Houston Union.
Pros and cons of each
House:
Pro: safety and if you are low volume you can fly under radar... also a house allows you to have a separate bedroom for the "office" etc..client goes in there, you collect the fee, go to your real bedroom (the one with the lock on it) check the cash for counterfiet, and hide it, come back to them and have fun
Con: Nosy neighbors

Apartment:
Pro: 2 bedroom apartment, same deal as above but with apartments, walls are thinner so if you or he are "loud" then the neighbors might get suspicious, and the apartment complex could become a pain.

Random motel choice from many that are around:
Pro: having a selection of places to go to means security, however there is a cost of getting the room before the guy gets there is $$$ out of pocket so rates might need to go up a pinch.

Con: random motels that allow room rentals by the hour is also known by LE and its possible the clerk is working with LE.
If you choose a location well an incall is the best way to go. I have a lovely townhome in downtown so ordinary traffic on the street is just fine. The most important thing is to make your place yours. When my friends walk in, the see a sexy lady’s “home”. It makes the whole experience relaxing and just plain better in my opinion.

See how considerate I am.
If I had a choice, I'd rather go to a hotel (a high-end hotel, not the motels or hourly places). I can walk in and out and really don't care who's watching me. If I get stopped, I can just say I'm meeting a business associate there. Plus, it gives me a reason to get all dressed up. These places wouldn't be cost feasible for you though.

I know they're safer, but I never really liked the gated complexes. One time I was a supposed to meet a provider at her apt incall. She wouldn't give me the gate code. She wanted me to call her when I got to the gate, then she would come out and open it. It took her 10 minutes to open that stupid thing. Meanwhile, I had cars piling up behind me, honking and telling me to get the hell out of the way, but there was nowhere else for me to go. After that I always hated going to gated apartments.
