SJ beat me to posting the actual statute, but I wanted to add that Craigslist takes these things very seriously and will quickly cooperate with a police investigation. I have been involved in two cases where the guilty party was quickly found and faced serious repercussions.

By the way, someone does not always have the right to use pictures, just because they were sent to her. Additionally, that is (like previously stated) exactly the way someone usually gets caught.
