A lady asks a question.....

in the wrong forum.... http://eccie.net/showthread.php?p=10...post1055891172

Along comes the mod and moves it to the proper forum...

http://eccie.net/showpost.php?p=1055889383&postcount=7

but does NOT answer her question?

LMAO!

He determines the question BELONGS in the Questions for Staff Forum, moves it there and DOES NOT ANSWER IT!

LMAO!

Classic Mokoa!

I would like to know however WHY the question was moved to Questions for Staff area when any number of people that have been around know the answer to the question.

She did not say "Help me please MODs"

She said Help Someone!

Now I assume a MOD will not show her how to change her Mac ID and send a command to her cable modem to reset and pull a new IP if she uses cable....

or how to pull a different IP through a phone.....

Which are all valid ways to answer her question....

Coed exists for hobby discussions exist for "Hobby-related discussions belong here. Let's keep these discussions on-topic, thought-provoking, and more importantly...entertaining!"

Hardly a Coed subject considering the topic/subject matter...either the link I linked above or a question to the staff since it is relevant to the way the site works would be sufficient....

If any reason...why was this a coed topic thread? Would she of received the best advice as opposed to a technical thread or staff related forum?? Are community peers better than professionals or mods of the site? What are you saying Whispers?? Does anyone "I have no idea what I'm doing''??

Should have been linked to both threads and a PM sent to the person linking where their thread has moved to in order to receive proper guidance IMHO.

Hardly a MOD problem, ESPECIALLY with the way YOU put it....Help a lady out and direct her where to go...DON'T BLAME!!

Really think a lady (or anyone else for that matter) is going to get technical advice/critical thinking where people are thinking with the little head??? LMAO Makes me wonder why you even start your threads in a coed section (let alone Austin or SA) to begin with Whispers. C'MON MAN!!
