Thank you Grace- for your expressed inability to understand what others comprehend.

The post was CUOMO.

Who understands nothing except his Marxist playbook from Comrade Xi!

Perhaps a reading comprehension course???
Thank You.

I'm thinking you don't comprehend that being the Commander in Chief only goes so far. If he ever decided to go rogue-- every last member of the Armed Forces has the right to refuse an unlawful order. Originally Posted by Grace Preston

Most of you guys are clueless
Section 1385 of Title 18 (usc)
Is taught to every officer in every branch of mil.
There's a few exceptions. But, Trump can't simply walk troops accross the GWB. Grace is correct.
And Cuomo is turning into a whinebaby.

Article 90 of the UCMJ-- they're required to follow LAWFUL orders.

It has already been upheld that "I was just following orders" is not a defense if you knew the orders to be unlawful.

Oh I'm so sick of the nattering about the bone spurs. You show me a man who came from wealth during Vietnam.. and I'll show you a man whose daddy bought him out of having to go and serve. These days-- most of our people who run for office come from money and got out of serving. Biden got 5 deferments, too.

No military person in his/her right mind would obey or respect the bone spur in chief. They laugh n make fun of him too.

I don't think either blacks killed by police or the protests and rioting that BLM caused are huge deals. The Democrats and the Republicans are just using this to bash each other. Compared to traffic accidents, everyday homicides, cancer, heart disease, and a fucked up criminal justice system (which screws blacks disproportionately more than whites), this stuff is a pretty minor problem.

There is no evidence of any kind that I am aware of that people will consider traffic accidents, everyday homicides ( sure doesn't seem to effect the voters in Chicago ) cancer or heart disease, before they decide who to vote for. A fucked up criminal justice system yes but Trump didn't install the fucked up criminal justice system but the two Democrats running sure as hell played a major part on many more persons of color going to jail than Trump who has successfully put in place reforms that have actually gotten Blacks released from jail if the media was honest enough to report it.

And while all this violence might be a minor problem now ( I disagree ) what if it doesn't stop? When the Black guy in Rochester died, what did we all say in unison "oh fuck, not another one"! Right? Do we think if Biden is elected that cops will stop shooting Black men which would have to stop for the riots to stop, right? So if the riots don't stop because Black men will continue to be shot, crime isn't going to stop,on that you can bet the house, it will not be a minor problem when White militias start squaring off against Black militias. Think that just might be a major problem or are you going to tell me that will not, can not happen?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this violence may just be the number one issue ahead of the economy and Covid come November. It may be a very big deal indeed.
