Eccie is extremely slow

It sounds like Internet Explorer and ECCIE don't like each other anymore.

Do the geeks at ECCIE have any plans to fix the problem?

It sounds like there is a banner running that is not compatible. Seems simple enough.....

Extremely slow in Missouri. I guess that I cannot blame Charter this time...
The tech wizards at eccie need to correct the problem as it is frustrating.

I found a way around it, but very cumbersome.
After you are signed in eccie, (which is strange that this portion comes up on the screen fast), click on "browse showcases". Then use the back button which will return you to the page you were trying to access. Pain in the butt as you almost have to do it for each page.
Go get google chrome free and much better. But every site goes down once in a while.

In Internet Explorer 11 under Internet options and manage addons, I disabled the Adobe Shockwave Player and now everything is good. Although certain videos on other sites will not play now.

Horseshit. If I haven't changed any settings or software and other websites work fine, then its an ECCIE problem and they need to fix it asap.

If you're using Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Manage add-ons, then disable Shockwave Flash Object.
