As far as the situation, it sounds mutually beneficial to both of you, so why not! I can understand her not wanting any advertisement and I'm guessing her way of hooking up (probably not the first time) gives her a chance to check out both a prospective guy and his house, prior to offering her "pipe cleaning" services, Damn, I just wish I had a house she could clean, lol.

Ok Lea and Ann, I am ready to have my pipes cleaned and in return I will clean your house and you as well. A nice bubble bath or shower would be required to make sure that I did not miss a spot anywhere.

She is local. Cleaned up at my place Monday night. I have asked and she is not ready to take on more houses at this time. She will clean again Friday. She makes window cleaner with Vinegar and lemon juice and it works.
