If Trump does not win, he won't be running again in four years. Hell, he'll be lucky if he is not in prison.

The Republican party will be fine soon enough. They just need to rid themselves of the MAGA virus. With no Trump, there is no more MAGA bullshit. Originally Posted by Lucas McCain

The Republican party has traditionally been a party of small government, low taxes and social conservatism for some time now. That is what they would like you to believe but it’s never been proven to be true. The only thing that they have been able to accomplish has been lower taxes, out of control spending and neocon war mongering in the middle east.

The populist movement is a back lash to both the left and right policies that have failed them.

Unfortunately if people can’t come together and work together to solve these issues without resorting to the extremism on both sides then even if Trump is removed I fear that it won’t necessarily make things better.

What will the republicans do after Trump loses? I’m sure they’ll remain the party of no I’m sure but politically what will they to recover? Originally Posted by 1blackman1

Hopefully Trump's influence will wane at some point in the not too distant future, so the Republicans don't go the way of the Whigs.

P.S. The Abraham Accords and Trump’s support of normalizing ties between Israel and other Middle Eastern states is one of the reasons for the October 7th attacks.

I’m not sure we’ll ever get out of that conflict as long as Iranian proxies continue to actively engage in the region. The suez canal is too important to the world economy to ignore the conflict.
