What to do

The Putin situation may be self-regulating. Most Russian/Soviet ledersd are replaced agaiknst their will. Krushiv was allowed to retire quietly I think and a few others, but the process is always a bit messy.

Same goes for Korea's Kim. His sister may step in, but he will have to develop a obesity related illness first (quite likely).
