Carol has been around literally decades. She is probably in her late 40s and I would guess he body is pretty soft since she goes up and down quite a bit in weight. She is definitely YMMV type, although I haven't seen her probably in 3 years. First time was way more than just a HR, last time....literally zero!

She is not a looker....maybe 10 yrs ago but now she went to really dark hair and literally looks like a granny.

What sucks most about her, is she seems to not remember you from appointment to appointment. Its like Momento, you have to start all over again from scratch each time you see her. Totally frustrating. That's why I haven't seen her again.

One trick I use, when the girl doesn't seem to make new memories, or when she has too big of a rolodex, is to greet her by her name. If I know her name, I certainly know her. This is one of the best icebreakers ever!

By the way, the movie is called "Memento."

My bad on movies name. I only saw it once, which is a rarity for me. At the time, everyone was raving about how you had to see it. I thought it was decent at best. I avoid movies that everyone claims is literally the best thing ever. That's why I'll probably never see Black Panther.

Memento was awesome. I thought it was literally one of the most unique styles of movie making in a while. The movie Pi, was also like that.
