Women who use outdated pictures that don't represent what they look like currently. How often does this happen? Just curious.

And then, you know, as time goes by, changes happen. The women themselves don't tend to be fans of most of these changes, and they assume that we men are more critical of them than most of us, in fact, are ... I think that, in most cases, a woman is her own severest critic in terms of her appearance. All of these factors tend to militate against getting and posting new photos. So, yes, the "outdated" photo is probably pretty usual. If the narrow specifics of her appearance are critically important to you, then that's just a risk you take, which you can mitigate by reading recent reviews, if (as Old-T noted) they are useful in that regard. In my own case, I find the photos most informative when they show the woman's face (and yes, I know that many don't, and I'm on board with why not). It's a bonus if they do, because facial expressions can give you, I think, a decent feeling for her manner, personality, humorousness ... the things that make a two-hour appointment fly by in a good-time blur.
As always, though, your mileage may vary. I don't claim to be typical or representative of the client community at large.
