I think what you are not realizing is there are a lot of definitions of "most", "least", and what people think the rules REALLY are for them. There is no single right answer for any of those things.

I don't know much about ladies who charge $60, but I also know I would consider your price/performance to be a complete rip-off. I am willing to spend that, but that would never fit any rules I would play by.

A number of the ladies I see don't count "success" strictly by the size of the envelope. They are looking to have an enjoyable evening as I am, and "the most for the least" isn't measured the same way you seem to.
