you stupid old shit, bargains are made before, not after the conviction. Prolly why you're a washed out lawyer. And you're a dumbass for posting smilies that laugh at yourself.

There are two choices, one before conviction and one after conviction. Happens all the time with serial killers. They wait until they get convicted and then they bargain for information about their victims. Lois Lerner doesn't think she will ever be convicted of anything. Hard to bargain with her. Convict her and she knows she is going to prison but for how long? Have her give up some actionable information and we can talk a deal from minimum security to a "country club", or she might be able to keep her pension, or she might be able to work for the government again after her release (if she can get the clearances).

Not if you leave it to the GOP elite. A crime was committed and there should be a trial. If Lerner is convicted then the screws should be put to her.

Use your imagination. The last time you were in lockup what would you have made a deal for? You know, what did you want that you would sell out your compatriots?

CBJ7, I've made those deals. You've now tripled down on stupidity, not a personal best for you, but a damn fine effort. Now go watch a doctor show so you can tell a surgeon how to perform surgery! Lol! Gawd, you're a moron!
