No the act goes after websites and website owners.

The definition of trafficking in the law is very broad. Which is part of the constitutionality argument.

The overseas issue may become an issue because of a bill in the Omnibus Budget Bill titled the CLOUD Act.

How many of these sites have servers in the US that contain data. That may be the key of why overseas registered sites are shutting down their US operations.

Wrong as they may be, they have the backing to push this and we are definitely the underdogs in that fight. There in lies the battle. Legalized marijuana is a perfect example here. Look how long it took to get the masses to finally concur and agree to a yes vote. Even though the majority of pot users were completely harmless, the push against them was huge and since they were the ones engaging in the illegal activities, they had no leg to stand on. They scored a huge break with all of the scientific studies showing that marijuana had valid medical uses. Now the govt is backing off of the easy mass target (pot smokers) and focussing on drugs that pose legitimate threats. I believe there is likely a blueprint in there that we can follow, but its vague at best. Should we all get degrees in psychology, push for a bunch of govt grants for the study on the beneficial psychological effects of sex and companionship and label ourselves as sex therapists? Thats just one idea, no promise it could ever work... But that is probably the type of battle we will have to wage in order for our voices to ever be heard and taken with a grain of salt.

Taint is a unifier, not a divider. More people should follow their taint and the world would be a better place. Not enough people listen to their taint. VegasJen's taint is probably asking to have taint photos posted.

Look up the CLOUD Act that was signed by the President today as part of the Omnibus Budget Act.

VPNs may not be as safe as they used to be because of that act.

Remember ISP'S can block out of country website with a static IP address and they could fuck with the DNS servers so when you type in goodBJ.com it will not find the server. Careful what you download and be safe IRL.

I think TER pulled their ads because they are the only site with a presence that could be argued as national.

Regional sites are the way to go.

The wording of the final bill is key.

The dark net is where the dregs of BP (the real traffickers) will go.

Lots of sites will be shutting down over the next 90 days or so (I think both bills have a 90 day start date) as legal teams and groups that usually protect pornographers and attempts at expanding the definition of obscenity law. That and strip clubs when they end up in situation involving serious charges.

Be careful, scrub everything you can and go old school with a black book.
