circling back to OP, I was at the Pirates game last night. It was a beautiful Friday night and they were playing a decent team (Padres) and there couldn't have been more than 3K fans in the stadium. It's pathetic that such a beautiful stadium in a great city with a 'historic' team has been wasting away for nearly 40 years. I'm really surprised that the team hasn't been sold to someone who gives a fuck about baseball. Shit, I'll bet there's someone out there that would buy the team for the rights to the logo alone!Circa Mid 70s, one of our businesses suppliers always had free Penguins tickets, so, my dad would take me and another father/kid to see the Penguins play.
