First, I don't think Hastert has been charged with sexual assault...in fact, sexual assault isn't even under investigation.

The whole story seems weirdly wrong; typically, sexual predators are serial offenders. There is one allegation of sexual assault? That would be out of sync with most predator activity.

The indictment is for lying/evasion to investigators, isn't it?
