Local boards are inactive, so national makes most sense for me. I realize ECCIE is Texas centric, but it is of limited value to check out Texas forums because I'm not in Texas nor likely to be in Texas in the near future.

If my local board stays active and interesting, I participate. When it gets quiet, I look to the national board.
