It’s weird as fuck to see a white guy with red hair represent South Korea.

So Russia is banned but their athletes still allowed to show up under OAR.

They are not allowed to march under the Russian flag or wear their country’s logo or colors. If they win any medals, the Olympic theme will be played during the ceremony instead of the Russian national anthem. The OAR athletes are also expected to “refrain from any public form of publicity, activity and communication associated with the national flag, anthem, emblem and symbol” at any Olympic site and are banned on sharing any images or messages on social media.
No social media?

That's harsh punishment!

All the CGI and pretaping of major parts of the ceremony took a lot of the shine off it for me. Originally Posted by TinMan

Make no mistake about it, she fills out a swimsuit nicely.....and I'd gladly pony up if she was a provider hanging out in the Dallas area. Otherwise...meh..no thanks...

Vonn says she won't go to the White House if she wins the Gold Medal and is invited by the President.

She also loves BBCs.

Never understood a sport where you pretty much have little control in preventing a crash bordering on killing yourself.

I can't find the full video of their skating from beginning to end (not just some highlights) anywhere not even on the official Olympics website.

I am not familiar with the rules and styles and techniques of ice skating.

I don't see anything spectacular about it that allowed them to get a near perfect world record score.

To me they are not doing anything different from the other olympic skaters are doing.
