Polls definitely show the race tightening. Trump's approval rating fairly stable in the low to mid-40s -- 43.1% according to 538 and 44.9% according to RCP.

Biden still leads Trump by about 7% at the national level. Clinton led Trump by 3% on election day 2016.

Biden leads Trump in almost all the battleground states-- 6.7% in Wisconsin, 1.6% in Florida, 4.2% in Michigan, 4.3% in Pennsylvania, .9% in NC, 4.7% in Arizona, 10.2% in Minnesota, 2.4% in Ohio, 6.0% in Nevada, 5.5% in NH. Trump +3.5% in Texas and 1.3% in Georgia.

If you look at the state polls, there is little movement. Maybe slightly towards Trump. Right now the polls favor Biden, as they did favor Clinton in 2016. My opinion -- focus on the polls at the national level that have Biden +7. If Biden leads by 2-3% on election day, the odds are good for a Trump electoral college victory. If Biden leads by 4-6% the likelihood is Biden wins. IF Biden leads by 7+ Biden wins for sure.
