Malibu Poke is awesome... Lots of options; tell them what flavors / textures you like and they will come up with something for you...

I sure can go for a Poké bowl of Ahi Tuna right now.

It's not a restaurant that specializes in Poke, but I noticed today that TJ's Seafood has several Poke alternatives on their lunch menu at their Royal location. Impeccably fresh seafood very well prepared. I can't speak to their poke, but everything else I've had there is excellent.
