Report states the officer ripped his 80 DOLLAR PAIR OF PANTS. To state that in his official report is petty. Hopefully this case gets thrown out.

I guess when you're driving a PGA courtesy vehicle you can do as you please, not what a cop tells you to do. Sounds like more entitlement bullshit to me.
