Same types of guys that give fake references write fake reviews. They almost rely on the girl running a shitty business or being lazy and not checking up on them.

Eccie isn't popular or liked outside of texas and wny from what I've seen. I was in the hobby for years before I bothered joining Eccie.
Do I take apts? Yes. Do I have overhead? Yes. Do I have a licence? Yes. Do I file taxes? Yes. Am I bloodborne Pathogen certified? Yes. Sounds like a business to me. NY state certainly has no problem with me paying my taxes. My tax attorney has no problem filing my taxes or taking my money. Pretty sure I have a business, at least in NYs eyes I do. If I wanted to I could even write off a ton of things as business expenses. Home office, furniture, entertainment, car, travel, phone, internet, advertising, and so on.
