since some folks are assholes when gathering in public,

1. screen screen screen !!!!! and require some kind of id/confirmation when they want to join the pool party.
2. lay down some rules & codes of conduct and have an enforcer.
3. lay down rules on any costs involved in using the place.

then have fun playing w/ all those sticks and balls!!!!!
