No under 21 may work at strip clubs in any capacity

For the longest time, it was perfectly legal to be a stripper at 17 in Texas. Many of your larger cities had specific ordinances against it.. but state law did not prohibit it.. so many of your smaller markets like Waco-- would hire 17 year old dancers-- legally.
