Perhap better grammar lessons.

I am curious and I have always struggled with this. When you quote someone, should you place the the punctuation for the sentence inside the quotes?

Is it, 'She screamed, "Drop your load on my face." or She screamed, "Drop your load on my face".'?

Inside, per the grammar and usage book I have.

Also, if she's really excited about it, use an exclamation mark.

She screamed, "Drop your load on my face!"

Here's an online reference for you: http://www.grammarbook.com/punctuation/quotes.asp

Notwithstanding the grammar discussion, anyone find it odd someone would post in the 'ad' forum but leave no contact info or have a showcase with contact info? Wait, I guess it did say she wouldn't be online anymore. I'm just not sure what the point of the post was.
